Neverending math equation.

This version is just so damn soothing it's not even funny, like, very very few other pieces of art can have this immediate effect on me.

Gloryhammer - Goblin King of the Darkstorm Galaxy

The chorus is catchy as hell.

That's pretty much all the Gloryhammer songs, if you ask me.

I actually feel like this album is weaker than TFtKoF overall, though. It's still amazing (and Thomas Winkler's range makes me want to quit singing ;_;), but the number of catchy choruses and all-around-epic moments is just lower.

I'm just fond of how they took the tacky to the extreme with moving the whole thing up in space. But I guess you're right.

I'm a big fan of power metal ballads. Savage Circus is one of the first bands I ever listened to, so I'm surprised with myself that I've never heard Beyond Reality before.

Can anybody recommend more songs about escapism? Escapism, dream worlds and fantasies are my favorite subject matter in anything, pretty much.

I've been enjoying Epic Score right now. Nice full-bodied high-intensity instrumentals; mostly classical instrumentation, but there's some synth and electronic tossed in there too. They have some demo tracks available for free.
