I just discovered Imagine Dragons. I don't usually like bass-heavy music but Radioactive is too amazing for words.

Staind - "So Far Away"

Perfect inspirational song. Released in 2003, sounds like 1994, meaning awesome.

Yeah, they were using that track in some promos during the Olympics for some new NBC firefighter drama. I googled it and yohoho'd a copy of the album. Good stuff. They seem to have gotten quite the buzz out of that too.

Listened to No Doubt's Tragic Kingdom on the way into work, realized how much I miss the mid-90's ska/punk Gwen Stefani. Here's hoping their new album is a return to that sound.

Oh, and my five-year old daughter was walking around the house the other day, just randomly singing parts of Beck's "Loser". Man, my kids are going to be fucked up but they're going to have GREAT taste. xD

Some solemn reflection...

My favorite Aphex Twin song.  The guy is a musical genius, even if a great deal of his stuff is obnoxious.

This one, too...

I don't know much about ska. This song was quite enjoyable, thanks. Plus for being in a language I can distantly understand.

As for me - right now I'm feeling this.

Visuals are fine too.

Dunno if anyone has said this(probably have though), but anything from Bastion. Especially Mother, I'm Here(Zulf's theme) and The Singer(Zia's theme). One of the background themes I like is the Slingers song. But again, anything from Bastion is amazing.
