I keep each album in it's own folder, then build playlists depending on how I like for things to fit together, like for all my music. 
For example, this is the first song on my upbeat bit tunes playlist, and my current message tone.

I tend to keep things organised by artist first, and record label/group name for times when that's not possible~
Like most of the Touhou groups~
Makes artist view a fucking mess~ :\

Also, I have over 770 albums, so that's horrendously impractical~ :b

On a related note, I decided to go ahead and give the lorazepam stuff a try and whoa this is pretty awesome~

This guy's not a good singer at all, but I love him anyway~
