i have lots of rats laying around dead.how do i get rid of them? my dwarf are getting sick...

Set up a Refuse stockpile outdoors or in a sealed room. Dwarves with the "Cleaning" labor enabled will carry the dead rats to the Refuse stockpile. If they're too slow, mark hte Rat for dumping... although you'll need a Garbage zone designated for that to work.

If they are outside your fort you need to enable picking up refuse outdoors under the order (o) then refuse (r) menu

Same here except with two legged rhino lizards.
These things decay fairly fast though no?
