As the title says, is there any cure to wounds?

I see, in the health screen, tabs such as "treatment", "history", but it does not say anything, and i can't find out if there is treatments to wounds, such as "his <part> is cut open", or something like that.

Sorry for bad english, i'm brazilian.

There are no treatments to wounds other than time. Sleep (in a village if you want to live) and your wounds will be healed. Some wounds are permanent though, and may cripple you, such as severed nerves.
