I have heard of people strangling their victims, and i have heard of people grabbing their opponents and throwing them.
I dont see that in the attack menu, how do i throw and strangle stuff?

normally it's when you hit enter to select the wrestle menu then select hands and aim for the neck to strangle.
throwing people is just the same with wrestling.

No.

While you are next to someone, press shift A to prepare an aimed attack, but instead press enter after that to go into the wrestling menu. Then, choose your opponent and then choose the body part you will wrestle with, and then what part of the enemies body you will wrestle.

Also, strangling can be done with any limb holding the throat, not just hands. Therefore, if you're entirely unarmed, you could potentially do a chokehold on 6 enemies while standing, or 10 while lying down. Unfortunately, you can only strangle one at a time.
Oh, and throwing only works on standing enemies, plus you're unlikely to actually send someone flying unless you're like 30 times bigger than them. Useful for quick stuns and knockdowns, though.

If you grab something by the head with your hands, you could even gouge their eyes.

Go to the wrestling menu again, select the grappling limb, then throw that bagmaggot like a boss.

Note that your ability to wrestle will be limited by the strength/size of your opponent compared to you. So if you grab an elephant by some body part you're likely to just get "The elephant breaks the grip of your <whatever> on it's <whatever>"

Also something that hasn't been mentioned yet is that if you do a targeted attack (with A, no enter) then select "Bite" it will usually say "You latch on firmly!" if your biting attack hits.

If this happens you can then go to the (A, Enter) wrestling menu, select "wrestle with back left tooth" or whatever then select "shake around with back left tooth". Depending on size-strength differences this "shaking around" can rip limbs off the same way a large monster like a dragon does it.

So basically bite something in the head or something and, if you "latch on firmly", go to the wrestling menu and try shaking it around. I have a dwarf that can regularly bite bogeymen in the upper body, shake them around in his mouth, and rip them in half.

Any volunteers to write a wrestling section for the adventure mode guide on the wiki? It could use some elaboration.... (see sig)

Especially potent is when bite/wrestling, to bite them in the neck.

You can tear their throat out and they will blead out in a round or two, tops.
