"Mr...Arbran Watch? Nevermind. I am old, Arbran. I have reaped the many souls of the living. I am tired of this. I will be your friend if you need it, since I am bored of this unlife without helping a newcomer. Do you accept?"

Ask if you can un-un-die and if you can get hurt. Ask what the "rules" of un-death are.

(I do.)

She thinks a bit.

"Well, you can die and you can get hurt, but it's very hard to do so. You need either special weapons or a grenade launcher. The rules are pretty basic: Never reveal yourself in a way that would change the entire world. You can send the entire town to the nether regions just as long as your town isn't New York. No summoning demons, they hate us for summoning them too much and try not to ingest Gluten. That's about it." She rubs her hands together.

"Right... I suggest we should go and alert your general rising to the supernatural community around here." She pauses. "By the way, my name is Albia."

Ask if she can teach you how to raise others from the dead.

"Hmm. Raising people from the dead is quite easy, but you have just be born. It'd be like teaching a baby to write."

Inquire as to the process of raising a person from the dead, send a slave to get some gluten-free bread.

"Come on, let's get pissed." You say. She smiles and nods.

Right, you should be dead from alcohol poisoning now. You have just drank 400 bottles of whiskey and you aren't even buzzed. Being an undead is half good half not getting drunk.

"Alright, so how do I raise a person from the dead if I was older?" You ask. Before this, you ask a slave to bring you some bread.

"Well, first you'd summon 10 souls from your body, then you would grab the heart of the dead person. You'd put the ten souls into the heart, and the body would come alive. It won't have the personality of your loved ones, but it would have the skills." Albia chugs down her 100th bottle of vodka.

Reap the soul of the bartender and then ask if she knew where all the undead of the city were.

You take the soul of the bartender. 15 bodies, 14 souls.

"Well, that's an easy question. Unlike every other city in America, this town hasn't be colonized by the more, shall we say, better known supernatural creatures. In fact, in this entire city there are only 15 vampires and 4 werewolves. We have the highest population of Takers, us, The Touched and Chancers. If we want to get a leg up in this city and become a dominant force, we have to take all the gangs of these creatures out."

"The Touched are people are half-breeds with some sort of supernatural people, or what they believe is an alien race. They disguise themselves as normal people but are blind when around things producing radio signals. Their sight is in a higher spectrum then us, so if you leave a radio on it'll blind them. When alone, they shed their skin. They are terrifying, I hear. The Chancers are different however. These idiots have a sense of duty to kill supernatural creatures. They are called Chancers because they don't stand a chance. The worst thing is that most powers don't work on them. Try not to reap them unless you have some mind altering drugs on your hand. I think you ran into one." She chugs another bottle.
