I've set the init file to FPS:YES and WINDOWED:YES but I still get the "do you want fullscreen?" prompt every time I start, and I NEVER see an FPS counter. I had this problem with the old version too.

EDIT: I got it to work. It looks like it has to be capitals for some reason. [SOUND :off] and [INTRO :off] work ok, without caps, but FPS and WINDOWED must have capitals.
