I was expanding my sleeper network from a servant in the CEO place, and I somehow got a "CCS Boss" who is at the Desert Eagle Bar and Grill.

Is this actually the owner of the entire CCS?

Heavy Body Armour.

Heavy Body Armor can be a double-edged sword. On one hand, you're all but invincible while wearing it. On the other hand, it has zero disguise value. For the record, you can also find Heavy Body Armor on Hardened Mercenaries, but I haven't seen any of them for a while now.

Except in the CCS's case they don't have to worry about being in disguise.

If I remember correctly in terms of bodyarmor a Heavy Body Armor would be class 4-5

Which is actually illegal in America (which I THINK only allows civilian Kevlar up to class 3)

Well, just for reference about armor usefulness:

Naked/Mithril Armor -> All Unmentioned Clothing Types -> Trenchcoat -> LCS Body Armor -> Police Body Armor -> Army Body Armor -> Heavy Body Armor

Bunker Gear has some level of protection as well, but it isn't that useful overall. Even against fire damage it fails fairly quickly, and bullets aren't really stopped at all.
