Act like an asshole until no one wants to be near you.

On a more serious note, try going for a walk and see if you see any quiet places in a park or some sort to sit.

First step is to move out of the city.
Second step is to get a job on the internet, or something similar.
Third step is to fuck up your sleep schedule, so that you sleep between 9 AM and 9 PM, and are awake from 9 PM and 9 AM.
It's so quiet in the middle of the night in a small town.
Oh how I love it so, I can not wait until summer time.
