Anyone think we should set up a public Bay 12 server? I should have access to a decent broadband connection in the new year and I can be around to moderate it most days, but if only a handful of people on here are interested it's not really worth it.

Never used Dwarf Therapist, mods or tilesets in all the years I've been playing.
I think Toady's confusing interface better simulates the experience of a bunch of disorganised drunken dwarves running a fort.

Yeah, there is some teleport hack going about. I've noticed players randomly teleporting away when shot at with SMG's and rifles, and not a one off lag thing. It's too common when 5 people on both sides are visibly teleporting when shot at.

Territory control is great.
I was able to flank and capture two camps by myself and when blue only controlled 1 camp, the slaughter was horrible.

 Anybody have any comparisons of the different versions? I looked for a video of the latest update...

 Guys, if those colors are too bright I think you have been playing brown FPS's for too long. Go outside and see colors of several different hues that may or may not exist. Your eyes have cones, they can be used.

That teleporting when shot at isn't a hack. It's a bug, that I can confirm exists in 0.61. I've been affected by it- you teleport when you would've been hit, but you teleport up in the air, higher each time, until you get killed by fall damage.
