Did anyone else notice the bizarre consistency of team strategy?  Every server, green team builds all kinds of ridiculous forts, and blue team covers their half of the map in fake intel and small fortifications.

I would be fine with that if the greens made forts right, but only about 1 in 10 people seem to understand how the game works.

 There are better ways of building forts, but really all you need is a two-high wall.

Just out of curiosity has anyone else been getting this error: indirect draw fail 0x80004001

If so do you know of any fix, I have yet to find anything on it

Yeah, but every freaking time it seems the builders make a three high wall with holes in the second level to shoot out of.

Have you tried changing your resolution from the default? This is a result of a graphics error and any resolution other than 1024x768 will cause this error. It might be something else though.

Oh, I thought I had read in the changelog that other resolutions were supported. . . But I changed it back and it now works, that you

What else can you do? D:

Almost anything but that. Having no wall is better then that. It allows them to snip you in the chest and you can not even see them. When you crouch down to fire back they can head shot you.

The correct way to build a wall is just two blocks high, that way you can shoot from it easily, and when you crouch they can not shoot you.

If you want to get really fancy you can add another block on the out side of the wall, so they can not use it as easily. Roofs are okay, but if you are smart then your wall is higher then the nearest hill and you will not need them.

Other crap like crenels or holes or what ever only help the other team.

 Crenelations on the third level help restrict your Field of Vew, which means it's easier to pick people off without somebody outside of your FoV sniping you.

 If you are using fortifications you are not moving around aside from ducking. That is the largest sniper bait you can achieve in this game aside from running across the view of a bunker.
