Conga of Badgers.
« on: April 12, 2011, 11:23:54 pm »

Serriously, these guys have been conga-ing around my map for the past dwarf year.
Anyone else experienced this or anything else like it?

That's called a pack, and it happens with many different animals.

Badgers?
We don't need no steenkin badgers!

Go out and kick their asses with your militia.  Stupid badgers dancing around.  It's not right, I say!

Well i would but i don't have any militia.

At first i thought it was some hippy elf nonesense, effecting the wild life into partying, as supposidly an invisible elven settlement two map tiles to the north.

It's obviously the elves.  They have infected the wildlife with their elfiness.

Magma is the only cure.

No train them into rabid beasts of war...and then show the elves that, as a matter of fact, war DOES change.

From Mr. Welch's 1350 things he is not allowed to do in a RPG:
148. There is no Gnomish Deathgrip, and even if there was, it wouldn't involve tongs.
171. My character's dying words are not allowed to be "Hastur, Hastur, Hastur"
218. No matter my alignment, organizing halfling pit fights is a violation.
231. I am not allowed to do anything that would make a Sith Lord cry.
240. Any character with more than three skills specializing in chainsaw is vetoed.

I got a conga line of badgers earlier today. I sent a pony platoon out to buck their shit, and no sooner had they finished than a group of badger men and women appeared. So I killed them and all.

No, it doesn't.

The dwarves are still determined to beat the crap out of elves in the most gruesome manner possible.

Set up a few cage traps at well-chosen choke points and then throw the feisty little buggers into a pit somewhere and feed them goblin prisoners.

You could have berries on the rocks and the dwarves would say it was "berry gneiss."
You should die horribly for this. And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

No. Elves don't know how to have fun.

They're the kings of being a killjoy.
