There was this thread a day ago about mods for some game that the thread-starter locked 4 or 5 posts into the thread. That was just bizarre. This thread, on the other hand, is definitely ridiculous.

Actually, methinks Stargate's replicators would completely demolish the Borg. They go straight through shields, turn any technology against its owners and supercharge it (of course, the Borg do the same thing, just more slowly, and Borg don't replicate themselves the way Stargate's replicators do), and they're completely immune to energy weapons rather than adapting to them, almost certainly can't be assimilated by Borg nanites, and the Borg aren't dumb enough to invent projectile weapons (It's unlikely Star Trek's humans would think to do so either). The human-form replicators are composed of nanites themselves (not to mention being immune to projectile weapons; though they do tend to freeze in space - or at least Asurans do).
