Dwarven Athlete's Foot

So a third forgotten beast [well second, one was a titan.] attacked my fort. It's my third ever. It had deadly blood, and now a bunch of my dwarves are coming down with rotting feet. I'm trying to get a cleaning pool up, but it's taking some time. Is there a way to clean this deadly blood up quickly? I don't use any mods.

Also, how do I clean out this bath thing?

dfhack -> cleanmap.exe?
Should do the trick.
Other than that... channel out some tiles infront of your entrance and fill it partially with water.
Or be a real dwarf and flood your whole fortress with 4/7 water; which has the advantage that you will have a dwarflympics-worthy team of legendary swimmers once you remove the water. Call it Operation "Spring Cleaning".
