I think it's the way towns develop now. In the beginning, people move into a town. Then they start producing tables, which results in more and more tables. Soon tables represent a significant portion of the population, they start lobbying for new laws and regulations, putting people to greater and greater disadvantage...

On the item is an image of Mistem in Mistem bones. Mistem is screaming. The artwork relates to the violent murder of Mistem by Urist McFellMood during a !!SCIENCE!! experiment.

Damn, this is taking forever. On the plus side, I now have a duke and a king to sacrifice (one of those new kings that have no preferences for some reason), and I'm up to 200 dwarves.
