The village of Talid rarely has any arms or armor for sale, due to its size and relative peacefulness.  Feldton, however, has specialized weapon and armor makers.

I do that. Gnop shoots a tree from 30' and watches what happens.

1d20+2 attack vs. an AC of 4 for shooting a bow at a tree, if it matters.

In an attempt to use one of the bows, you break it.  Badly burnt bows are not exactly practical.

It looks now like I'm going to be doing easter related family stuff from noon to 6 on sunday.  I should be available before and after that and on Saturday.
