Background Story: Isadora was born as a minor noble in the  land of Ostermark-her family at the time was given much prestige for their generous donations to the empire, but the riches and accolades were quickly sqaundered after the head of the house fell ill and was replaced by an uncouth "gentlemen" who was in secret a worshipper of Chaos... Isadora was cast out of her own home at age 22, just in time to evade the witch hunters.

She wandered from job to job, eventually landing a clerical position in an army outpost-it was here she learned how to use a sword from the man who become her one time lover. Of course, he was lost in the wars. Despondent, she joined the army herself seeking something...death, glory, salvation, damnation? Who can say.

Isadora was considered far too frail by her superiors to serve in the front line infantry-not an entirely truthful account-but her courage more than made up for it, so she was quickly drafted as an Imperial banner bearer. She bears the weight of the flag like one seeking penance.
