How does the "Second Age of Myth" happen?
« on: April 09, 2011, 08:22:45 am »

In my newest Worldgen, I have been blessed with a somewhat odd sequence of ages. First, there was the "First Age of Myth", followed by the "Age of Legends", but then again followed by the "Second Age of Myth". How does this happen and since when is it possible? I always though the ages were dependant on the number of megabeasts still alive, a number which is basically continually decreasing. Does anyone know something about this?

Well, when a mommy mega beast, and a daddy mega beast, rape eachother VERY much, and the mummy survives. Something wonderful happens...

Huh. Didn't know they could do that. Amazing.

I installed some mod with a bunch of semimegas in it once, and worldgen actually got the the Fifth Age of Myth... I would have played it but it wouldn't come back out into the Fifth Age of Legends.  The thought of semimegas breeding so profusely kinda scared me, I gotta admit.

There's a voice for that?

Or beasts/war menaged to destroy part of civilisation. I once managed to gen world with 5th Age of Myth (and 567th pillaging of sth)

EDIT: It is nothing:
So I'm surfing through Legends mode, and I find this gem.

In the early winter of 798, The 3254th Pillaging of Trustmusic occurred.

Wow. If I was those humans I would have just surrendered to the invading goblins a LONG time ago.

What that guy didn't realize, is that those humans DIED OFF long ago, and the goblins just won't let it go.  If he'd dug in deeper he'd have found the goblins killing off armies of pets.

What makes "3254th Pillaging of sth" even more hilarious.

I modded my gobbos to [LIKES_SITE:CITY] so they'd take it over instead of constantly sending armies.
