Okay. Fine.

Set up a gathering area where all weapons and resources are too be put, send out gathers to collect metal from hills. Set blacksmiths to forge weapons and armor. Set lizards to train with weapons and armor.

You yell at your fellow lizards very formally, for lizards. You fling out your tongue in a very specific way at everybodys' faces, inciting four fifths of the town to run to your training ground. The rest of the town will assist you in construction and will assist in post-battle duties.
