Conversely, I think that Ottofar's probably not his scumbuddy, due to how early he voted for Tolyk.

Yeah,it's good starting point for hasty counter-attack/defense that can bring some info about him. Also i admit i gone bit overboard with this one, it's too absurd to have any weight.
