But I had already gotten a feel on TolyK, (a negative feel)  and I wanted to receive responses from others, mostly panda, you, toaster, NativeForeigner.

As far as i'm concerned TolyK is acting strange but i would name it no-effort try to scumhunt rather than scummy one. The difference isn't big but if i suddenly see whole game turning into witch-hunt like that, especially when there's no real response from the suspect, i just have the feel that it's too simple to be true. On the other hand he's trying to defend himself not by flinging omguses or something simple, so i doubt he could be a jester,so i don't see the point opposing reasonable votes on him. Overall if we lynch him at least we will get the situation clarified.

read pandar's post, it sums it up nicely. also, with this flood of questions towards me, and bandwagons on me and Jokerman, along with issues at home (:/ please don't ask, it's personal) I haven't been able to pay much attention on the actions/posts of others. my attempt at scumhunting on the newbie has got me thinking that he's either newbtown or some strange role, but overall my scumhunting isn't getting any results.

I would question the ones I thought scummier (currently no one, other than jokerman, but others got him covered) and the better players (Irony, Toaster, Pandar). Pandar seems to be determined to lynch me, so I feel it would be pointless.

Even if someone's scummy actions are "obvious," you still have to restate them in your own words.  Otherwise, it's a bandwagon.

The fact that you didn't place your own name at the top of your townie list is fascinating.  I'd say you're 85% likely to be third party, but I don't care to guess which one.

The bandwagons?  I don't really see the case on Darvi.  Jokerman got several votes for the same reason, but it's a pretty good one.  TolyK is being generically scummy, so I don't see a huge issue with the votes on him.  In other words, they're not really bandwagons, just people with multiple votes.
