......Colonization was just brought up by another representitive, and I just reminded everyone that colonies are consitered their own governments who are ruled by the collective Human Government, this was decided when we began colonizeing large moons and asteroids. Please listen.

Colonies are agreed to be part of the 'human government', in other words they can declare themselves part of any nation they want or even their own nation but they are still humans, these things where covered when we began makeing colonies on large moons and asteroids.
