So, yeah. Games where you can play as a werewolf.
I've been looking for a good one for about as long as I've known about video games. By far the best I've ever encountered is the Bloodmoon expansion in Morrowind, though I was a bit disappointed that there was very little you could do with it after beating the Bloodmoon main quest.
My dream game I guess would be something that combines the freeform lycanthropy of Bloodmoon with the directed sneaky no-good-doing of Thief or the Dark Brotherhood quests in Oblivion. Emphasis on keeping your identity secret and avoiding suspicion in the spirit of the forum game would also be totally rad. I'm under no illusions this game actually exists, because werewolves are a poor, neglected supernatural minority compared to vampires and their ilk.
Anyway,
Games with playable werewolves that I've played:
Morrowind: Bloodmoon
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Operation Darkness
Castlevania Judgement (Cornell)
Diablo 2 (Shapeshifting Druid)
Daggerfall
Nethack
CastlevaniaRL
Werewolf games I haven't played:
Castlevania: LoD
Werewolf: The Last Warrior
Wolfteam
Tales of the Tempest
Gabriel Knight II: The Beast Within
Darkstalkers (Jon Talbain)
Altered Beast (...sorta)
Night Creatures (ditto)
Various terrible browser games
Not really werewolves but might come up:
Castlevania: SoTN (Vampire; doesn't count)
Okami (Missing half the equation here)
The bonus points go to games where changing into a werewolf isn't just a power boost + model change. That's what made Bloodmoon so great.
