It's the story of a man who took money out of his meager paycheck to build a haphazard gym so local kids have something to do besides hang out on the streets.  Something like that.

Basically yeah.  He got pipes, got someone who can weld, scrapped together some money and made a gym in an old bunker.

Then they got 4th place in a tournament (for boys) and 6th place (for girls).
