I'm rebooting my DF addiction after much too long away, such that I'm stuck on the most trivia of tasks. I have navigated to a dwarf's Profession -> Labor menu with the following options:
Mining
Woodworking
Stoneworking
...etc...

But I cannot figure out how to scroll down within this list! Ack. Halp.
