Ok I had a long break from DF . Started playing about a week ago . Few forts appeared and dissapeared.
Here are my questions :

1 .Is it possible and how to make my dwarfs butcher and cook and eat elf remains .

I have found a post saying that somebedy found elf's who ate inteligent creatures.

Maybe it have something to do with !![ETHIC]!!   ?

Do anybody know what should I add to raws to make elfs, humans, kobolds, goblins and all those thing-men butcherable and eatable ?

Go into entity file
Go to dorf
change everything related to eating people to [ACCEPTABLE]
?

Probably because it's not feasible or healthy to turn blood into booze. Although, since DF is a game, I'm sure it could be modded in...

It probably can be, but I think you'd need to buy the blood from caravans, because your dwarves will never put blood in a container.
