Hm, how is it suppose to work?  Is there ordinarily three levels, or does this only occur when LCS members are in prison?

Does the latest download link contain everything I need, or is it missing the new site.txt file?

The prison will always have three levels.

The download contains the new sitemaps.txt that should replace the one you already have. Without it the prison will remain as before.

It doesn't appear to work for me.  The prison in my game only had one level.
