Don't tell anyone that you can see their shadows. If they hear you telling anyone, if you let them know that you know of them, they will get you.

What's a good term for a group of dwarves?

Whatever single word there is that means "hilarious fatal accident waiting to happen"

Urist?

You could have berries on the rocks and the dwarves would say it was "berry gneiss."
You should die horribly for this. And I mean that in the nicest possible way.

I think a stumble of dwarfs sounds good

As long as that stumble starts a chain reaction involving, chickens, elves, magma, stone, nobles, levers, sieges, caravans, and ice.

Not in that order.

I guess so.  But Urist is used for everything else too.

...

What about a beard of dwarves?

Diso Faintpuzzles was born in 120.  Although accounts vary it is universally agreed that Diso was chosen by fate as the vanguard of destiny.

In the early spring of 143 Diso began wandering the wilds.

In the early spring of 143 Diso starved to death in the Horn of Striking.

A Darwin Award of dwarves

An iron delivery of goblins

A spite of elves

A guarddog's meal of kobolds

An urist of dwarves.

I was going to say this. An urist of Dwarves, an urist of Elves, an urist of Urists
