How do you pronounce Urist?

We've all been saying Urist to refer to every Dwarf in our fortresses, ever since that one hermit fortress. Just now, I realized, I have no idea whether or not I've been pronouncing it right. Let's see, it could be-

1. Yer-ist (How I've been saying it)
2. You-rist
3. Er-ist
4. Oo-rist

And the list goes on. How do you all pronounce it?

Added, though it seems rather similar to "Oo-Rist", which is on there.

I pronounce it Ur-ist. It sounds a lot like Er-ist, but there is a subtle difference (akin to the difference between 'yer' and 'your').

I pronounce it You-rist or Yer-ist, depending on how much of a hurry I'm in.

Ergh, and I already voted for Oo-rist.

The difference between the two is my german friend doesn't cringe when I say "oorst" as opposed to "oo-Rist"
