Tarran, I can manipulate souls with Necromancy, right? Can I use it to instill obedience in targets? Does the same apply to putting them asleep or striking fear in their hearts?

Sleep, no. Fear, would only work if you were actually scary and not a nearly-armorless-man-who-can't-even-hide.

Think of it... this way: Living bodies act as sort of shields for the soul. You'd have to break it first in order to manipulate them.
