Either way and regardless of how I might use a flame-thrower the comparison is moot anyway. I figured I could use my chaos magic the same way a water-mage could play Moses.

Just don't try that with the Dragon.

Guard Captain: Watch out for the big teeth and the claws, and that lashing tail, and the flaming breath with the waves of chaos.
Everyone but Darvi: ... *We're all going to die*
Darvi: That's just what it's expecting as to think, but I've got a hunch that this is a creative Dragon. Its probably got claws made out pillows with spun sugar teeth, and a mouth that breaths rainbows and happiness.

Nah. I might be loony enough to do that, but I doubt there's many other people like that around.

Could be worse, he could be trying to protect us from heat by pulling the lever clearly marked "Magma."
the only way this works is if you're SURE all the labels are miswritten  ;)

Nah. I might be loony enough to do that, but I doubt there's many other people like that around.

"Let's leave, Killing ain't no fun with those chaos flying about"
You leave with the group.

Continue on the side quest with hmh, while traveling try to emchant one of my bolts to cause the victim struck to be completely dehydrated
[6+1][Luck: 6]: You enchant your bolt with the ability to dehydrate enemies. Of course, you decide to test it on yourself because that's always a good idea.

...right?

...you realize that that was a stupid idea. And you see Nathan trip on a rock. So you decide you probably shouldn't go into the Chaos Hollows in this state.

+Status: Dehydrating Quickly: 2 turns to get bolt out of you before you die.
+3 Water magic skill.
Item change: Obsidian Bolt>Obsidian Bolt of Drying: Dehydrates human-sized enemies in two turns. Less or more turns needed for different enemies.
New spell: Dehydration: Attempts to dehydrate enemies.

While on our way to The Chaos Hollows, pick up an eyeball-sized rock(preferably white or red, but a black one will do) and use Crafting to knap it into a round shape.
[1]: You see a nice rock, and trip on it. Seriously? Seriously? Beaten by a rock?

...oh okay, yeah, you're right, that rock was a ninja, it's not your fault.

You also notice Nat shouting again. What did he mess up this time?

"Get the hell out!" Go with every one else, out of the cave. Enchant my armor with a more powerful version of the reflective spell (it would be mobile with me, i.e. it moves along with me)
You don't need mobile shield enchantments for mobile items.

[3+2-1][Luck: 6]: You make a expertly enchant your armor to reflect magic 1/3 of the time. However, this weakened the armor a little.

Item change: Aluminum Armor>Enchanted Aluminum Armor: 1/3 chance to deflect non-AoE spells back at caster.
+1 Shield magic skill.
New spell: Magic reflection shield: Hard to cast (-1 to casting). 1/3 chance to deflect magic casted at user that hits shield. Stationary. Must be maintained.
Armor damage: -2 AHP for Aluminum Armor.

Fine then. I use Inspire Competence on the party.
"Sneak, sneak, sneak past that bunch of monsters that hasn't noticed us yet!"
You attempt to use some kind of spell on the party.

But you have no idea what kind of school it would require.

Suggest far left passage. Attempt to create radiation shield as we go, abandoning it if necessary.
[5+1-1+1][Luck: 3]: You create a radiation shield. You then realize you made it stationary, and abandon it.

You also suggest the far left passage, and since no one else has any protests, you all choose it.

+3 Shield magic skill.
Now Novice in Shield magic.
New spell: Minor Chaos shield: Easy to cast (no modifiers). Immobile. Requires maintaining. Blocks 1 point of chaos radiation

"Yeah, I hear ya," Kirion said to the captain. He immediately turned to skedaddle out of the cave.
You follow the group.

Drink until normally drunk (for Arzhog) if anyone sits at my table pour them a glass of wine and ask a few questions about what happened to the rest of the party.
[2][Luck: 4]: You drink so much that you almost pass out again, but luckily you manage to stay upright. When you ask the person next to you what happened to your group he [Luck: 2] says he has no idea.

The bar-keeper says "Sir, perhaps you should take a break from drinking? It's not good for your health, you could die."

MAIN QUEST: Dragon Hunt.
Participants: Darin. Ravenium. Nowan. Kirion. Joseph.

You decide to go down the far left path. And... [2] You don't manage to find the dragon yet again. However, there can't be many more places he can hide.

[Enemy: 2, few and weak][Traps: 3, some][Chaos: 3, little][Player initiative: 1, players get jumped on][Treasure: 3, not much]: You come across a small room, filled with three giant bats and a few rotting corpses. They see you and jump you before you can act!

Dostricht shouts: "Черт!"

The first decides to attack [3] Nowan! 1+3 VS 5-1: Nowan just barely dodges out of the way of the sharp claws.

(Nowan) +3 Defense skill.
(Nowan) Now Novice in Defense.

The second attacks [1] Darin! 4+3 VS 2+1: Darin tries to dodge out of the way, but the bat is a fierce hunter, and claws him! [Shield roll failed] He tries to block with his shield, but he doesn't catch the attack! The bat deals 4-1, of which 0 damage is absorbed by his armor.

Darin: -3 HP.

The last attacks [6] Dostricht. Stupid. 2+3 VS 3+2+4: Being the complete badass he is, he dodges out of the way by a mile. "You cannot hurt Dostricht you Грязная собака без шкуры!"

(All) Location change: Bat cave.
(All) +1 chaos.

Anyway, REALLY bored right now. Tell me if I missed anything... or just stay quiet, like you guys have for the entire game, where several mistakes were only spotted by me.

Also, yes, I did make a horrible pun. Sorry if it makes your ears bleed.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.
