I wasn't trying to single anyone out TolyK; hence my use of the word anyone.

"urngh Hair of the dog that bit you..." Arzhog noticed that he wasn't slurring his words anymore, he also noticed that he noticed, a sign that he was dangerously too sober. He didn't know where the rest were but he felt a strong need to protect them.... Taking another swig from his winebottle he manages to get himself back into his chair, filling another wooden cup to the brim and draining it. He needed a moment for the spinning of the room to become less sickening and more pleasant, and if anyone sat with him they'd get a glass of wine and a few questions.

Drink until normally drunk (for Arzhog) if anyone sits at my table pour them a glass of wine and ask a few questions about what happened to the rest of the party.

3. ok, cool. Can I do this from fairly far away?
Yes. Just hope the dragon doesn't notice your shenanigans.

Quote
4. Ouch... would this be deflectable back onto the dragon (shield/armor)?
Nope. It's a breath attack, not a magic spell.

Quote
Will a random polymorphing of the dragon be able to turn it into a bug, or even at least a bear/whatever?
Yes.

It can also turn it into something worse, so be careful.

Yes, but you were trying to use chaos magic to do it. That's kind of like trying to protect your allies from heat using a flamethrower.
I fail to see a problem with that.
...

Also, here's an inane question: Are chaos dragons immune to chaos?
To radiation, completely. To spells, very resistant (25% damage).

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Hmm.

Welp, I hope that I'm far enough away to not get eaten when Tolyk inevitably fails.

Also, why are you ellipsing my?

I just have no response to your response. I mean, protecting allies from heat with a flamethrower... it just breaks the limit of stupidity and yet you see nothing wrong with it.

Could be worse, he could be trying to protect us from heat by pulling the lever clearly marked "Magma."

Depends on how it works, if you're pushing energy into something then yeah it's stupid. But if he's using ambient chaos to fuel the spell then you'd have lower chaos radiation except where he's targeting. Like having a flamethrower that ran on hot air instead of pyro-jelly.

You're all clearly lacking creativity. Nobody said the flame-thrower was actually filled with petrol or something. It might just, ya know, spray water or something.

Person 1: Dude, look out he's got a flame-thrower!
Darvi: Nah man, it's probably filled with mint jelly or something.
Person 1: But it's a frickin' FLAME-thrower!!
Darvi: Cool it ignorant plebe, you need to get some creativity.

Dude, it's a flame thrower. You kind of expect it to throw flames.

Yeah, you'd expect it to. Which is why I find the idea of a flame-thrower that gets misused as a super soaker highly amusing.

But yeah.
