The last thing KHARN remembers is a rapidly expanding house and a sudden impact. When he awakes, the sun has barely crested the horizon and there is a MAN-SIZED hole in the ceiling. Groggily, KHARN stands up. After a few moments of silence, he hears Otto Eduard Leopold Von Bismarck the Contemptible shouting. To KHARN's sleepy ears, the shouts sound like screams of torment, and this pleases him. Only after Bismark repeats the phrase several times does the fact sink in: KHARN will have to kill before the sun has reached its zenith. KHARN draws a sword from his BAG holds it to Otto's ululating throat.Bismark backs away before sprinting past KHARN. KHARN whirls around, only to see him messing with his keyboard.A puddle warps into existence at the base of Otto's leg.KHARN: You were just leaving.
KHARN: ...
KHARN whips his sword across Otto's cheek, drawing a thin cut. Bismark jumps backwards and tumbles down the stairs.KHARN: Who are you? Why do you know my name? Never mind, just get out of my way!
KHARN: He was fleeing in terror. I suggest you do the same.
'MOM': Why? Is something wrong?

KHARN reaches for his Pokeball holsters, but discovers that every last one was missing. KHARN: Where have you taken my Pokemon? Just who
ARE you?
'MOM': ...
KHARN exits the building with rage in his eyes and sword in hand. He seeks his lost comrades-in-arms, and to that end will seek his new nemesis: Professor Rowan.
