I forgot the name of this game... please help.

It's a post-apocalptic sort of game where the landscape is filled with mutants, and you are fighting in some large city.

You start with some squad members who get powers like pyrokinesis and invisibility and healing and super strength.

You can recruit soldiers or police or sometimes civilians into your ranks.

You can call for supply drops, but they will arrive somewhere in enemy infested zones so you gotta fight to get your stuff.

IIRC this game was published circa 1999.

You fight mainly by using guns.

Sounds like it's for Dos. It could work if you run it in Dosbox.
