The best is something inbetween depending on the nature of your LP I guess... an LP where you just say stuff at the start and then play is one thing. A LP where you talk throughout but you leave HUGE gaps is another.

I REALLY need to stop watching Retsupraes... I know what NOT to do... but I don't know how to do anything right.

Ah, honest mistake was honest. To be fair, so long as you are reasonably comprehensable and are doing something reasonably age appropriate, I don't think it matters.
