Jump in the river. That's the only way.

Activities beyond fighting aren't in adventure mode yet.

really? I thought it was being bathed in the blood of your fallen enemies well nature changes it ways at times.

Build a fort in Fmode, make a dwarf washer, then return to it in AdvMode. Bonus points if its built near a human civ
