ok for so reason the recording worked this time, the bad news is it is a bit long(i.e. is full of bit were im checking stuff on this tread)

and now the fight twenty of the strongest dwarfs vs antman army.

ive upload the save to the same place as before.

yes i did step in and help end the queen cos the ai can only attack the head of a downed target.

Go elves! I wasn't expecting bronze to win. Must have been the elephants.

Download the file, then put it in your data\movies\ folder. Then add a .cmv to the end of the blank file, like "SirAaronIII vs Qloos" becomes "SirAaronIII vs Qloos.cmv".
Next, open up your DF and press [;]. Then it'll give you some options. Press [l], then move the arrow keys to the one you want to watch and press Enter. Then press [p] and voila!

P.S: I'm not conceited or anything.  8)

im so late because screwed up by uploading the last fight over raws i was useing(yes i on a diffent pc)

Those vultures may be a problem, but they have no armour, so once a bolt sticks into them, they'll probably go down.

Your cave swallow crossbowmen fired 2,031 bolts, and my trolls only blocked 1,135 shots between them.  I am sad.

i did think that your armor was going to do a lotmore, it was like tissue papper.
i did try the fight on the ground and the same thing happend.
maybe being out gund 25 to 1 does not help.

im thinking that the cost of ranged weapons may need to raise, it was only so low as all my old tests showd that iron mail could stop iron bolts.

the caveswallow crossbowmen do pay a big price in ranged battle for being in the sky as if thay fall thay die.
is it just me or does in stacked groups only top man get shot?

Do winners get any points or anything?

Also, That clip was hilarious. My crossbowmen shot and killed the first row, then the ones with no more ammo went down and got absolutly SLAUGHTERED by the troll, who went down pretty quickly from another firing squad volley.
