I feel kind of silly having to ask this, but is the game done when you get to the lift area with soldiers in the desert, or is the lift getting stuck a bug?

The character design and setting are great, and I am always a sucker for games with a female lead. I'm really hoping the maker finds the time, money, and/or effort to continue this.
