It would be useful for me if when there are merchants trading, and the broker has been requested at the depot, when the broker arrives, and is ready to trade, for the game to pause and center on the depot; perhaps also when all pending 'haul to depot' jobs have been completed.

(Unless there is an easy way to set this that I just havn't seen? (also still using .18...))

Don't tell anyone that you can see their shadows. If they hear you telling anyone, if you let them know that you know of them, they will get you.

I've looked for a way and haven't been able to find one as of v31.21

I agree that this would be very useful (its actually also one of the things in my list of suggested minor tweaks)

+2 if you can toggle it on and off from the Depot.

I'd love this.  I can't count the number of times I've forgotten about my broker after requesting his presence and had the merchants leave without any business.

The trading system is being overhauled, it is likely the old system where the broker goes to the depot and we select Trade will not even be used any longer.

However....

If it is not removed entirely....

Actually, there are three conditions:

* Broker is ready to trade
* Queued items were brought to depot

and

* Merchants are ready to trade

Small suggestion, but VERY useful.  If there were announcements exported to the file, we could even make a Soundsense file for it.

"Och! Finally those useless haulers have brought me stuff.  Time to trade! Daddy needs a new pair of socks!"
