Btw, +1 to a skill costs 2 points? Wha? And still the ridiculous costs for +2 and +3, I thought the progressive system means these are much less valuable?

That's the wrong version of the creation rules, we're using the original one. Which, granted, is still kinda weird now that we're using Sean's system.

10 points to spend. 3 races per GM.

25 base HP. Each extra costs 1 point.
1d6 base attack.
1d6 base defense.
+1 to any one skill, including <WEAPON>, <DEFENSE>, <MAGIC>, etc for 1 point.
+2 to any one skill for 4 points total. (1+3)
+3 to any one skill for 10 points total. (1+3+6)
Minor special ability (Poison attack, Walk-sticking etc) for 2 points.
Moderate special ability (Flight, Dragon breath, etc) for 5 points.
Powerful special ability (Planar teleport, Standard teleport, Shapeshifting, etc) for 10 points.

Yeah, I'd have thought you get 1 point for a +1 to any skill, and 1/2/4/6 points for an item skill/minor/moderate/major ability that you'd give these pluses to.
