I could go with all NPCs at the beginning. Peepz know that ahm teh breast GM evar, they'll join up afterwards.

Also, would it be possible for one to be a GM and a player in another GMs universe?

I'm a competent writer (if I do say so myself), so you could say that I do that all the time.

I definitely wouldn't cheat, if that's what you're worried about. Wouldn't be sporting.

  I'm not saying you would. You'll technically be working on two fronts and even might actually sabotage yourself.
   
    What I'm getting at is the meta knowledge. If your GM self has info   about the location of the macguffin (Which I'm still not clear on), then   that will leak over into the character.
   
    You can't pretend it wont, because if you just act like you don't you'll   just purposely look in the wrong direction maybe once or twice then   head straight there.
   
    Again, I'm not saying you'll specifically do this to cheat, but it is technically having an advantage over the others.
 
  And even if you don't know where the macguffin is, you still have the   knowledge of where all the crap (Towns, caches of supplies and such)   is/are. layout of the land and such.
 
  TL/DR; I still think it's a bad idea, but as I have been out of the loop   for most of the setup phase I'm the lesser of the God Trio, and as such   do not have the absolute final say on the matter.

Of course, I could simply refuse to take any kind of initiative at all (since PCs will be working in teams, right?), or even be somehow incapacitated for the duration of the exploration of my world.

Specifically for locations of 'towns and things', I could simply say that my character is from my universe, and therefore would have some amount of familiarity with is geopolitical layout. It'd still be an advantage, but at least it'd be justified in the plot. It wouldn't really be any different from the players just hiring a guide, would it?

EDIT:

And I wouldn't just randomly look in the wrong direction. I'd make logical decisions based on what my character has seen. 'Real' role-players do it all the time.

I suppose. I'm not really an expert on GMing, and I think we might need some rulings from the other two, but if you can make it work, go right ahead.

While that sounds like an interesting idea, I doubt it would work. We're pretty much starting today/in a few days anyhow, and adding yet another GM would just complicate things needlessly.

I'd be running my universe with my own Simplified RTD rules, since the trend of "UNNECESSARY RULES THAT DEFEAT THE ENTIRE POINT OF RTD IN THE FIRST PLACE ARE KEWL LOL" is bool shit;.

No, we have 5 GM's and enough players for everyone. Schilcote won't be a GM. We're only mostly insane. We have only run out of players if dermonster wants to stay GodMod.

Now we're left with two problems instead of five.

Lets see train of events... someone stopped being a gm I think.. then something happened, then we could play if a player stopped being a player, so I went godmod, then ExKirby dropped and we got a new player?

Somewhere along the way I turned Godmod so this thing could finally start and then something went horribly wrong like it usually does.
