+1 to a skill actually costs 2pts, not 1. +2 cost 5pts. All three of your races cost over 10 points.

+1 to a specific skill costs 1 point actually, it's the general abilities (including attributes) that cost 2. Ranged Combat and Tech Rolls would both count as small-scale Abilities though, not skills, so the Hacker is several points over the limit even if Reality Hack is a moderate ability. Which it isn't, really. Make it a Super ability for 10 points and leave the rest out. The Hacker will be able to give himself the other bonuses with it, although temporarily.

I increased the cost of +1 and +2 abilities shortly after TK accepted my system. +1 defense for 1 point is ... not really a good idea for balance.

Well, my PM to Gatleos and TolyK still contains the original races, so. I don't really care which version of the race creation rules we'll use.

Lol, this will be something to watch  :D

well, we either need 4 more players or 1 more GM.
I would prefer at least 3 per GM though, so 4 players would be better.
