Paranoia (A text-based adventure of the Mind)

"Ouch... What happened?"

You get up from a chair, it seems you were restrained for a bit. You take some time to examine the Room.

You seem to be in some kind of chamber. To your front is some tables. One one of the tables is a strange device. It looks like a weapon of some sort...

To your left, there is a window showing another room, only it is filled with chairs, with one is knocked over. Its only lighting is a lightblub.

To your right is a door, and some kind of terminal. It looks utterly alien to you, even the buttons don't make sense!

You your back is another panel, but this has a button. That much makes sense to you. It is emiting a red light.

What do you do?

A small bleep, the light turns green, and you hear a click.

The door opens smoothly, showing a short hall with 4 something doors. The hall makes a sharp turn right at the end. One of the doors seems to have some wording next to it.

That strange device is still on the table. Something tells you you should take it.

You pick the machine up.

It seems to have a trigger, and it has some kind of strange and very large caliber that radiates blue. You seems like it is suppost to be held like a gun.

It seems it only emits a small blue beam, you wonde- OH GOD!

You project yourself upward by a simple move upwards. It seems you are hovering now. You put the gun back down and you come back down. It may have the same effect on other objects...

You point it at the chair and "Fire" it. Sure enough, it is attached to the beam now. You can throw it around with ease now.
