Whisper Jorg.Jonathan (Agggggh. OK, turn the keys first. Second, pull the stick towards then down all the way. Third, let go of the stick. Four, there should be two raised pads for your feet. Press on it with your foot. If nothing happens, push the other one. If the car speeds off, good job. Steer with the wheel, like a ship.)

Turn the key to activate the vehicle, but before going anywhere, you might want to pull that across your body and fasten it by putting it into the slot thing. It's a seat belt, and if/when you crash into something it will prevent you from flying through the window and smashing into things. to take it off, press the button.)

Jorg ignores everyone and attempts to start the vehicle through trial and error. After a few seconds, he finds the ignition, and the engine sputters to life. Surprised, he nevertheless gives a cry of triumph.

With Jorg elated at starting the jeep, Jonathan climbs into the back to man the HMG.

Jonathan: "Right, I'm ready to go. Bring this thing up to a gallop, and let's get out of here while we still can."

Jorg spots the book, and quickly flips through it. Then, accompanied by the grinding of gears, Jorg turns the jeep around. Whooping, Jorg accelerates though the gap, over the decrepit remains of the barricade. The approaching pikemen, frightened, jump out of the way.

The jeep flies down the city streets. Soldiers, sent to end the Street Lions' rebellion, attempt to stop Jorg and Jonathan, although most of them (and more than a few civilians) run at the sight of the jeep rushing towards them. A few with with muskets have the presence of mind to use them, but few of the shots even hit the jeep, much less the passengers. Jonathan, the HMG forgotten, clings to the vehicle for dear life.

Jorg's whoops turns into abject screams of terror, as the jeep disappears from underneath him.
