yes, but anti-matter might cause a tiny bit of FEAR AND PANIC.

these people are used to explosions. seeing a barricade explode probably wouldn't affect them much. seeing it engulfed by antimatter would.

Do we even need the car? And do we need to blow up the barricade? I mean, there are much more covert ways of removing barricades.

Such as driving through it, since it is made of wood.

(And yes, Antimatter will just explode. No flashiness whatsoever. Just remember to pack it at 28PSI so that it explodes faster.)
