Aberle bends down, and stares Jorg in the eyes.

Jorg's eyes widen.

Scatter (<x>) Moves object <x> in a random direction. Object <x> must weight less than 0.5Kg.
Seal (<x>) Prevents object <x> from being opened/moved.
Unseal (<x>) Allows object <x> to be opened/moved.
Lock (<command>) Prevents <command> from being deleted. <command> must have a permanent effect for it to be locked.
Unlock (<command>) Allows <command> to be deleted. You can only unlock commands that have been locked by proponents.
Delete (<command>) Deletes <command> and all its effects. <command> must have a permanent effect, and not be locked.
VoteMUTE (<x>) Creates a new vote to mute proponent <x>. If the vote passes, proponent <x> is banned from using the whisper or say commands for one IUD (In Universe Day.)
VoteYES (<x>) Vote yes to vote <x>.
VoteNO (<x>) Vote no to vote <x>.
ClearRAM (<x>) The RAM is checked for needless entries, and removes them, freeing up RAM for other tasks. Up to <x>% of the RAM will be cleared. WARNING: 20% of CPU cycles and 10% of the RAM is needed at one time for this command to run. If the amount of CPU cycles or RAM is not available, the command will take longer to complete.
DrainCPU (<x>) The CPU is checked for needless cycles, and removes them, freeing up CPU cycles for other tasks. Up to <x>% of the CPU cycles will be drained for use. WARNING: 20% of CPU cycles and 15% of the RAM is needed at one time for this command to run. If the amount of CPU cycles or RAM is not available, the command will take longer to complete.

Aberle fumbles the knife.

Aberle: "Damn it."

>Whisper to Street Lions (Argh. How many diamonds will you guys want each to shoot Aberle?)

The Street Lions pause to think for a second. One of them finally responds: "I'd rather shoot my own nuts off before I'd shoot Aberle."

The rest of the Street Lions nods in agreement.

>Whisper to Jorg (Tell him. You have no choice.)

Aberle picks the knife up again, and slowly press the blade up against Jorg's throat. Jorg finally caves in.

Jorg: "Good Gods, don't kill me. Look, I'll tell you. Look, I borrowed some money from the Water Rats. It was just a little bit, and I was going to pay them back."

Aberle digs the knife in deeper, drawing blood.

Jorg: "Gah! No, no, I'd used the money to bribe some sailors to smuggle me on their ship so that I could escape the city but then I was found out and shot and they put me here and please god don't kill me."

Aberle smiles and pulls the knife away. He wipes the blood knife on Jorg's tunic.

>Whisper Aberle "Hey, I am new here. How much money do you need to avoid killing Jorg?"

Aberle: "Oh, Jorg's life is priceless to me. Or should I say his death?"

Aberle barks to the Street Lions: "Get some rope and tie Jorg up. We don't want him escaping."

Aberle turns to Jonathan.

Aberle: "I've seen you before."

Jonathan: "Yeah, you ruled the district that I was living in."

Aberle: "Ah yes. I've heard that you'd just joined the Militia. I'm sure, that given your past, I could accept you into the Street Lions? After all, you've only been in the Militia for a day."

Jonathan: "I assume that not accepting your 'generous' offer would mean death or something."

Jonathan sighs wearily.

Jonathan: "Then I'll have to accept."

Aberle smiles, pleased.

Aberle: "Excellent."

The crowd of Street Lions begins break up, each of them hurrying off to loot the jail, or off to some task or another. Aberle and several of his closest lieutenants exit the jail. Soon, only Jonathan, Jorg and a few other Street Lions are still in the courtyard, though the air buzzes with activity. Jorg is, of course, strung up like a turkey.

WE HAVE FAILED.
DAMN YOU CPU DRAINING.

Aberle: "Don't you get it? I'm not selling Jorg for anything. His life is invaluable to my plans. I've worked too hard to get to this point, and I'm not about to let some noble ruin my plans just because he's attached to some street urchin!"

Leader of the Water Rats: "How much will I do? What the hell is that suppose to mean?"

Klemens waves his hand at the door, without looking up from his log book.
