Look around for women. If you find any, throw them off the ship. It's unlucky to have women aboard, apparently.

A lot of conflicting thoughts go through your head, so you decide to weigh your options.

1. Stay aboard ship. With the coconuts, you have 1 days worth of food, two if you stretch it. Luckily, they come with some water. You can probably get ahold of fish, and you might find some unsullied foodstuffs in the galley.

2. Raft. Lash together Odds and Ends until you have something resembling a seaworthy craft. As far as food goes, not a whole lot worse than option 1, realistically, as far as food goes. On ship however, it would be easier to gather fresh water, so there is that to consider.

3. Continue to peruse the wreck, come up with a definitive course of action later. As you have only a rough idea of your location at the moment, this would probably be the best plan, at least until you find your sextant.

You briefly consider looking for chicks to toss into the bright Caribbean sea, but then you remember you didn't bring any with you.

...And that is possible when it is mostly sunken?

Hmm.

It COULD work. If you cut the sunken bits off.

You consider attempting to get the ship moving again by cutting off the sunken parts of your vessel, but your seafaring experience reminds you that bigger holes won't help much. Not to mention, you don't know where to find axes or saws.

You eventually decide that, for now, you should look around for more gear, your sextant in particular.

Now, your cutlass is still on the wall, you have a chest full of gold, and the journal has a few more pages. Plus, you've yet to explore the galley.

What will you do first?

...I'd explain, but then again, it's just going to be an overextended use of words.

You decide to take a break from shaking down your quarters, and saunter towards the galley.

The pickings are slim. You do find a few limes, though they're a mite old, along with a few pounds of hard tack, and a single bottle of rum. Ah, that's right. You were running out of food as you ran from the Dutch!

You take one of the limes, cut it in half with one of your cleaner looking knives, and wring both halves out into your open mouth. You don't manage to get a lot of juice out of it, but the juice you find is both sour and bitter.

So, normal. You take a glance around the room, and find a burlap sack with which to carry your ill-gotten booty.

Pirates did have terrible grammar, but they didn't actually talk like that. That was all one actor faking an accent.
