Portal Bastard mod Sign-ups (3/15), (2/6), (1/1)

Well I couldn't get a good discussion going...
Let the sign-ups begin!

I will totally lie to you in game.
I will change the rules per day. >:D
Spoiled spectators are allowed But they won't be that spoiled.
The is room for one Mod handler (someone to make sure I have Some semblance to fairness as a mod)
The sign ups are going to be held for some pre-determined time.
