Morning Star - A weapon most likely stolen from the grave of some long dead fool, this weapon packs the most punch, and has the most damaging attack. +1 to attack roll
Spear - A nice spear made of rotten wood, and a chipped pointy stone made for pricking your foes to death by annoyance. 3 tile range, can cause Bleeding effect.
Pistol - What kind of deranged, lunatic prinny wouldn't want to run around with a gun in hand, and bullets of death screaming through the air? 5 tile range, can attack twice
Frying Pan - Another staple of the prinny arsenal, but this one is used more to knock opponents out, and let the prinny bludgeon the enemy to death. Each hit has a 1d6 chance of stunning the foe.
Twin Daggers- Dual blades, the trademark weapon of prinnies, are lethal in your hands, and are much faster then other weapons availabel to you. Allows you to attack twice per turn.
Axe - The armory ran out of weapons ages ago, and this bent, and dented hunk of junk is all that was left to arm you. When a succesful hit is scored the target gains a -1 penalty to defense rolls.

Combat consists of rolling opposing 1d6s to determine damage dealt, the bigger the gap between the two the more damage that is dealt to the opponent. Damage is calculated by multiplying the difference between the two rolls by the Damage Rating(DR) of a weapon. Combat takes place a map made of numerous tiles, and all characters can move five tiles per turn, and still attack, or move ten tiles, and not attack at all.

Prinnies gain XP equal to their enemies level when that enemy is slain, once enough XP is gathered, and the XP needed to level up is reached the Prinny levels up. Leveling up gives that prinny more Hit Points, and a skill they can use in combat. Each level up increase the needed XP for the next level by 1.5x, rounding up if needed.

You could also enforce a rule forcing the players to add ~su (their tic in the original japan version) to the end of each and every phrase. Either that or dood (english version).

Yeah probably. Though there might be an irregular update sheme. Also looking for a co-Gm willing to run a simultanous race, in order to hold a small tournament.

The only thing that doesn't make it a seperate game from mine is that it is part of a tournament, and that you'll be using my rules (adaption and modifications are permitted as long as the systems stay compactible)

Wacky Death races is a game where the first few turns are spend designing and building your vehicles piece by piece. This is a list with the layout of the first turns. Rolls marked with a * are mandatory. Feel free to switch the other rolls around.( Ie you can roll a weapon in a defense system turn. And reroll anytime you like)
Turn 1:
-*Form: What shape is your vehicle. Is it a boat, Is it a dinosaur? Is it something else. This will determine a special ability(Hint: Give me hints what you want)
-*Powercore: Most actions require power, be it firing weapons or racing. Tell me what you want your core to do: More storage or faster energy production. Stable production or dice roll. More health or more power?
-*Engine: This will determine how fast you go, and what your arceleration speed is. There are 3 stats: Power use, Arceleration, and max speed.

Turn2
-Weaponry: This a death race afterall. Weapons have a range, accuracy and damage stat as well as an energy use and/or ammo counter (ammo is stored inside the weapon)

-Defense systems: Wherether you defend your ship with shields, armor or by moving out of the way of incoming bullets, you need something to prevent you from turning into a fireball.

Every module has 30 hp, except for the power core which has 30. Damages reduce the funcitoning of this module. Repairing damage happens between races or in pitstops and costs 50 per hp point.
Temporary repairs are free and can be done at any time, but last only one race.

The race is divided into segments, with one or more important things happening in each segment. Each turn all players move one segment forward. Insegment location is mesured by the location of the camera car. This car moves forward 20 tiles/turn and is always in the middle(ie 50). If you move slower then the car you migh fall back. Move faster and you move ahead. Possible map.

Player A has a speed of 26. This means that he will move ahead next turn. Ending up on (96+(26-20)-100= 2) in the next segment, one segment in front of all other players. Player E speed is 6. He will fall back and end up staying in the same segment while everyone else moves forward.

Gained by winning the races or watcher support. Every race turn a poll is up. Each vote nets a player 10 credits. Poll is reset every turn.

Federation Circuit
This old and prestigious circuit has long seen it's best time. Most of the road is in really bad shape, and everything is falling apart. It was declared unfit for racing several years ago, and therefore has been bought and repurposed by the WDR conglomerate.

Section 1: Start. This section is quite broad and clear of debris. Nothing interesting happens here, except that you can choose to take a pitstop. This will force you to a full stop at the end of the turn.
Section 2: The bridge: This magnificent hover bridge used to be the pride of the circuit. Now it's falling apart. ( 2 ways: the bridge or the pylons).
Taking the pylons requires you to make a +2 dodge check to prevent yourself from falling off.  Falling will result in falling back. On the pylons you are safe from a bridge collapse however and can't be hit by the people below on the bridge.
The bridge: Any attack targetted at people on the bridge will damage it, possibly resulting in a collapse.
Section 3:The canyon: A narrow canyon: Passing people here is impossible. There are boards to the side preventing you from moving out of it towards the old armory.
Section 4:The caves: These large caves are filled with dangerous stalactites. Hitting them will result in damage.( -1 dodge roll)
Section 5: The jump: There used to be a bridge here, but is long since gone. The WDR instead replaced it with a ramp and some anti aircraft turrets. Again there are 2 ways here.
The maintenance way: Slowly decend the cliff, this way will cut your speed by 10% but is perfectly safe.
The jump: Jumping is no problem, but failing to arcelerate will result in plunging your nose into the ground or getting hit by the AA.

No Co-GM at the moment. The section thingy is completly ripped off lend from Monk's mario cart. The previous one used tiles, which led to  problems with people escaping way to easily. This one 'll be more deadly.

Yeah , that seems like a good idea. I'll post/pm them later.

Creation is done over the space of several turns. Player state what they want, the GM rolls a D6 and determines the stats of the vehicle that way.

As long as it follows the driving rules, yes. The players could have a teleportation special though.
